“What Will Happen if I Tell?” is a programme produced specifically to provide support for the parents and or caregivers of sexually abused children.
“What Will Happen if I Tell?” is designed to empower you with the important information you will need to organize your life and family around the process that will take place once you have reported sexual abuse.
“What Will Happen if I Tell?” tells you about your child’s rights and your rights. It lets you know what should happen and went it should happen. It helps you deal with the trauma and it helps your, your child and your family get on with your lives.
It is our goal to make this programme freely available to all concerned parents or caregivers throughout New Zealand and also to counsellors, doctors, social workers and other professionals. |
